But the efforts to process a document are very high and bi-directional, as it requires processing both on sending and receiving plus the necessary manual tasks.* *But once the pandemic begun, when it became clear that people will not return to office soon, document processing could no longer be done manually, as employees were at home.* *This is where we came in and started to build an ecosystem where companies can communicate directly with each other, without the use of physical documents. We work with companies that process a high level of documents such as retailers, law firms, trade, distribution, accounting firms.”* Watch the entire interview below and find out more about **the most complex data capturing, processing & exchanging platform in Intelligent Document Processing** – Apollo.   Don’t forget to follow us on [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/smart-touch-technologies/), [Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/smartouchtech/) or [Twitter](https://twitter.com/smartouchtech), and subscribe to our [YouTube](https://youtube.com/channel/UCYMYelx-SGLmxzBd58Is03Q) channel for more smart content on Intelligent Document Processing, document management system, Machine Learning, AI and many others. ## Related articles [![](https://www.smartouch.ro/hs-fs/hubfs/3.png?width=352&name=3.png)](https://www.smartouch.ro/blog/how-a-romanian-start-up-managed-to-use-ai-to-ease-the-work-of-company-employees?hsLang=en) [Press](https://www.smartouch.ro/blog/tag/press) - 31 Oct, 2022 ### [How a Romanian start-up managed to use AI to ease the work of company employees](https://www.smartouch.ro/blog/how-a-romanian-start-up-managed-to-use-ai-to-ease-the-work-of-company-employees?hsLang=en) [![](https://www.smartouch.ro/hs-fs/hubfs/EN%20Hubspot%20blog%20image-1.png?width=352&name=EN%20Hubspot%20blog%20image-1.png)](https://www.smartouch.ro/blog/fiscal-receipts-intelligent-processing?hsLang=en) [Press](https://www.smartouch.ro/blog/tag/press) - 31 Oct, 2022 ### [Intelligently Processing Fiscal Receipts](https://www.smartouch.ro/blog/fiscal-receipts-intelligent-processing?hsLang=en) [![](https://www.smartouch.ro/hs-fs/hubfs/EN%20Hubspot%20blog%20image-2.png?width=352&name=EN%20Hubspot%20blog%20image-2.png)](https://www.smartouch.ro/blog/once-the-system-has-learned-it-never-forgets?hsLang=en) [Press](https://www.smartouch.ro/blog/tag/press) - 31 Oct, 2022 ### [Once the system has learned, it never forgets](https://www.smartouch.ro/blog/once-the-system-has-learned-it-never-forgets?hsLang=en) #### Let’s get in Smart Touch contact@smartouch.ro Calea Floreasca 246C, 8th floor, Sky Tower, Bucharest, district 1 [![twitter](https://www.smartouch.ro/hubfs/twitter.svg)](https://twitter.com/smartouchtech) [![linkedin](https://www.smartouch.ro/hubfs/linkedin.svg)](https://www.linkedin.com/company/smart-touch-technologies) [![facebook](https://www.smartouch.ro/hubfs/facebook.svg)](https://www.facebook.com/smartouchtech) [![yt](https://www.smartouch.ro/hubfs/yt.svg)](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYMYelx-SGLmxzBd58Is03Q) ![9001](https://www.smartouch.ro/hubfs/9001.png "9001") ![27001 (1)](https://www.smartouch.ro/hubfs/27001%20(1).png "27001 (1)") #### Solutions [Apollo](https://www.smartouch.ro/apollo?hsLang=en) #### About [About us](https://www.smartouch.ro/about-us?hsLang=en) [Case Studies](https://www.smartouch.ro/case-studies?hsLang=en) [Blog](https://www.smartouch.ro/blog?hsLang=en) [FAQ](https://www.smartouch.ro/FAQ?hsLang=en) [Contact](https://www.smartouch.ro/contact?hsLang=en) #### More info [Cookie Policy](https://26709640.hs-sites-eu1.com/cookie-policy?hsLang=en) [Privacy Policy](https://26709640.hs-sites-eu1.com/privacy-policy?hsLang=en) [Terms & Conditions](https://26709640.hs-sites-eu1.com/tmc?hsLang=en) [Featured in Press](https://26709640.hs-sites-eu1.com/featured-in-press?hsLang=en) © 2026 All rights reserved. ```json { "@context" : "https://schema.org", "@type" : "BlogPosting", "author" : { "@type" : "Person", "name" : "Smart Touch", "url" : "https://www.smartouch.ro/blog/author/smart-touch" }, "dateModified" : "2023-09-20T08:32:56.736Z", "datePublished" : "2022-10-31T06:07:00.000Z", "headline" : "Technology changes the ways business ecosystems evolve", "image" : [ "https://www.smartouch.ro/hubfs/Featured%20in%20Press.png" ], "mainEntityOfPage" : { "@id" : "https://www.smartouch.ro/blog/technology-changes-the-ways-business-ecosystems-evolve", "@type" : "WebPage" }, "publisher" : { "@type" : "Organization", "logo" : { "@type" : "ImageObject", "url" : "https://www.smartouch.ro/hubfs/Theme=Light%2c%20Type=True%2c%20Version=Gradient-2.png" }, "name" : "Smart Touch" } } ```
